Decision Support Systems (DSS)

The core of ADF's Decision Support System (DSS) is development of a mission-critical data repository which will store multiple forms of data from disparate sources, including documentation, training, procedures, charts, and data from the aircraft and legacy systems. Data is converted to XML objects, which can then become accessible throughout the enterprise on a wide range of devices and variety of formats.

ADF's DSS architecture is designed to interface with a carrier’s key legacy systems. This will be accomplished using data translation modules that provide a seamless interface between the DSS Data Repository and the customer’s legacy systems. This obviates the need to modify legacy system programs and data structures, reducing the cost of implementation and eliminating cross-system interference.
